Winding Creek Building

This office and retail building was a Design-Build project that Wright Brothers, The Building Company was honored with the City of Eagle’s Design Recognition award. It is shell and core construction with a lobby and bathrooms on each floor. The bottom level is a high-end restaurant and the second and third floors serve as Class-A office spaces. The first-floor lobby features a waterfall and each level offers extensive patios along Eagle Creek.
