Tropical Smoothie

Tropical Smoothie Café opened its first store in Tallahassee, Florida in 1997. Twenty years later, Boise’s first franchise location opened in the Calderwood Business Center off of Overland Road. The interior space was converted from a Lucky Perks Coffee House into the upscale and modern smoothie cafe. The space includes a Men’s and Women’s Restroom, a drive-thru for convenient service, and seating for approximately 40 customers. The dining area features an assortment of stained wood finishes, a large 12-foot butcher block counter top for bar seating, and Tropical Smoothie memorabilia. The kitchen includes a walk-in cooler/freezer, multiple high grade blenders, and prep areas.

Tropical Smoothie Café’s second Boise location opened in the bustling Downtown Centre on the Grove in January of 2018. The project consisted of a tenant improvement within a building that required a high degree of coordination and quality expectations.
