Vineyard at Eagle

The Vineyard at Eagle project is the third “Vineyard” project that Wright Brothers has completed for the owners. The Vineyard at Eagle is a 30-unit, 2-story apartment building situated on a previously developed 1.51-acre lot located in Boise, Idaho.

The first floor is 18,475 square feet and the second is 17,450. The apartments range in size from about 690 to 900 square feet with each having its own private deck. Landscaping and vinyl fencing provide privacy for all residents. Ample parking, proximity to shopping, St. Luke’s Eagle Center, recreation, and Boise’s Greenbelt make this location ideal. Some amenities and comforts for the tenants include a library and computer center, large common gathering room with a kitchenette, TV/game room and fitness center. The Vineyard at Eagle features solar electricity production and opened in the early spring of 2016.

This complex was built with the intention of providing affordable housing in the Eagle/NW Boise area near the WinCo store on Old Horseshoe Bend Road in Eagle. Vineyard at Eagle is designed and designated for low income seniors above the age of 55 and falls under the Fair Housing Act (FHA) and American with Disabilities Act (ADA), with financing provided by Idaho Housing and Finance Association (IHFA), and others. This project was built with sustainability in mind using Energy Star appliances featuring tankless water heaters, low-flow plumbing fixtures, Energy Star lighting, and low-VOC flooring.
