Holiday Inn Express

Boise’s newest Holiday Inn Express is located at 3050 S. Shoshone St., in Boise, ID. It is a 4-story, 105-room hotel located on a 3.25-acre parcel. The building is constructed of wood framing with structural steel support. The exterior finishes consist of Exterior Insulated Finish System and Hardi-Panel siding with aluminum storefront windows and doors, manufactured stone accents, and aluminum louvers. The parking lot is asphalt paved and the landscaping is designed for low maintenance. Interior finishes consisted of the newest version of the Holiday Inn Express prototype Blue package. Millwork, floor covering, Division 10 Specialties, tub & shower surrounds and wall coverings were all part of the owner-provided FFE package.
