Eagle Executive Suites

Wright Brothers, The Building Company makes its home in downtown Eagle, ID at the KittyHawk Center. There are three buildings that make up the executive plaza with a total of 19,250 square feet of office space. This Design-Build project executed by WBTBC consists of “tilt-up” concrete office buildings. The entrances feature pyramid-shaped canopies with standing-seam copper roofing and front entry columns decorated with rock veneer. Because of Eagle’s high water table, most homes and buildings do not feature a basement. Wright Brothers was able to include a 1,500 square-foot basement with foundations and floor slab designed to offset the static water pressure. The exterior of the basement slab and walls have a self-healing bentonite waterproofing membrane installed.
